By digital services we mean: consultancy in organizing online presence, structuring digital content, optimizing visibility, and personalized recommendations for individuals and projects.

The user has the right to access the informational content of the platform and to request personalized services through the contact form available on the site.

The user undertakes to provide accurate and complete information when filling out forms and not to use the platform for illegal purposes or that could affect its operation.

WebWaz SRL reserves the right to modify, update, or temporarily discontinue services, with prior notification of users through the site.

The provider undertakes to make all reasonable efforts to ensure the proper functioning of the platform and the confidentiality of user data, in accordance with the privacy policy available at policy.html.

WebWaz SRL cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect losses or damages resulting from the use or inability to use the services offered.

The information provided on the platform is of a general nature and does not constitute legal, financial, or specialized professional advice. The user is encouraged to seek additional assistance for specific situations.

For paid services, the rates are clearly displayed before completing the purchase. Payment is made in full at the time of order, and confirmation is sent to the provided email address.

Refunds are granted only if the service cannot be delivered for reasons attributable to the provider, within 14 days from the date of payment. No refunds are granted for services already fully performed.

Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of the contractual period, unless the user notifies their intention not to renew at least 7 days before expiration.

The user may request termination of access to services at any time, by written notice to the email address info@webwaz.com.

The provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate the user's access in case of serious or repeated violation of the terms and conditions, without prior notice.

WebWaz SRL reserves the right to unilaterally modify these terms and conditions. Any modification will be published on this page, and users will be informed by email at least 14 days before it takes effect.

Continued use of the services after modifications implies acceptance of the new conditions. In case of disagreement, the user may request termination of use according to section 6.
